Little Forest Folk are looking for a Junior Admin Guru to join our exceptional back office operations team.

We're looking for a Junior Admin Guru to join us, it's a busy fast paced role perfect for someone eager to learn and to work for an organisation with a desire to change the world. The person we’re looking for will be dynamic, organised and detail-orientated to provide administrative support to our growing team whilst maintaining a flexible work-life balance.

Our central back office team play a crucial role in the running of the nurseries, which ensures that our children and families have a seamless experience.

**The role**

You will be working closely with our Families Experience Gurus, Nursery Managers and Back Office team on the smooth running of the nurseries by managing external families communication, waiting lists, holiday camps, I.T. support and other operational ad hoc tasks. You will be the first point of call for enquiries, so a friendly manner and excellent communication skills are a must.
This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work remotely and with regular team meeting days at one of our sites in South West London.
You will be a self-starter and able to work independently, with strong administrative, organisational, and time management skills. You will be a fast learner, tech-savvy, and thrive working in a busy role within a fast-paced environment, with a strong commitment to the Little Forest Folk ethos.

**What we are looking for in our ideal Admin Guru**:

- A superstar administrator who can turn their hand to any admin tasks learns fast and thrives in a fast-paced remote working role
- Someone with fantastic communications skills, as you’ll be one of the main points of contact for external and waiting list families.
- You need to be tech-savvy, able to work quickly and accurately with Office, GSuite, Mailchimp, Dropbox, etc. And you’ll also be able to quickly pick up new software systems too.
- High energy, upbeat, positive, and creative person who comes to the table with solutions, who is all about empowering others, and who likes to have fun while they are working.

Hours: 40 hours, Monday to Friday 5 days a week
Location: Hybrid Working. Remote working with team meeting days in South West London

**Salary**: Up to £22,000 per annum
