**Job Summary**

Job specs:
Answering phone calls from customers, suppliers, staff etc

Organise meetings with staff/management, note taking during meetings

Filing invoices and obtaining relevant documentation for VAT returns

Cashing up tills daily, recording daily takings and banking daily takings

Payroll data recording, ensuring payroll spreadsheets are accurate every month

Signing up new employees, issuing employment contracts and completing relevant legal documentation

Manage employee enquiries and customer enquiries and complaints

Complete any customer voucher transactions, bookings and pre-orders.

Starting date 16/09/2024 maternity cover until September 2025

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
