Hales Group are seeking an Administrator to support our client on a temporary basis to support a facilities management service across a large number of commercial and residential buildings. Your primary responsibility will be to provide a range of administrativeservices within the department supporting the business to ensure a smooth running of the services provided.
Duties will include:
- Instructing contractors and issuing purchase orders
- Approving invoices within agreed financial level
- Uploading reports to systems
- Issuing access cards
- Ordering stationery and consumables
- Maintaining up to date and accurate systems
- Responding to client and contractor queries
- Escalating issues to management
- Experience of using systems in an office environment
- Experience of being present daily in the office and working as part of a team
- Attention to detail to get right first time
- Quick to pick up new systems so add value quickly
- Happy to perform repetitive tasks
HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8am until 4.30pm (40 hrs per week)
DURATION: Temporary initially for 2 to 3 months
LOCATION: Norwich
PAY RATE: £9.62 per hour
