**The role**

Responsibilities include:

- Management of Off Shore sourcing providers to drive their efficiency, effectiveness and ROI
- Pro -active market mapping of event businesses & FMCG business markets across all disciplines to assist with searches
- Creation of unbranded job advertisement
- Placement of adverts on job boards and company website
- Competitor research
- Working with universities that have a media/event related degree to bring talent into the events industry
- Working with Operations and Marketing manager to ensure we have access to the most appropriate job boards
