As a People Coordinator, you’ll help deliver a highly efficient HR service that supports the team to go on to do even greater things.

You’ll be the first point of contact for all People related queries, including contract related matters, Learning and Development queries, Early Careers and dealing with queries and referring them on when needed. At every step we must comply with employment legislation, so you’ll carry out processes and procedures that support the smooth-running of HR accurately, swiftly and to the letter. This includes updating and maintaining information on our systems and carrying our ad-hoc projects as required. You will also help coordinate visa and sponsorship processes.

Our People Coordinators support the whole People team. This includes Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, Early Careers, People and Development, and Payroll. There will also be opportunities to work on Engagement projects.

We are now working in a hybrid way, with a mix of remote and office working and strive to offer a great work life balance.

Ideally, you’ll have some related experience as an People or HR Coordinator. What’s important is that you’re impeccably organised, pay attention to detail, are willing to learn and highly customer focused. As you’re dealing with people across the business, good communication skills are essential.

You'll be working amongst a group of People Coordinators, so, being able to share knowledge, prioritise your work load and share regular updates is really important.

Your IT skills will need to be up to scratch too. Beyond that, we’re looking for someone who’ll thrive in an environment like ours.
