In this role, you'll need a fast learner who is capable of simultaneously working on multiple products and projects.
Job Overview
The successful individual will work across all our product lines.
As a Writer, you will be supporting our platform's design and help shape the experience by creating meaningful text that helps our end users complete the task at hand. You will be expected to re(write) any FAQ and non-technical user guides based on updatesto these products.
Experience Required
- Experience in technical writing, copywriting, help content writing role or similar.
- You've written for digital products and services — with a portfolio to prove it
Job Function Tasks and Responsibilities
- Creation and maintenance of the product help content ( FAQ, editorial what's new guides)
- Coordinate with product experts to document product setup guides and functional user guides for our products
- Support UX researcher with creating user interview discussion guide and product surveys
- Support the Product design by reviewing their copy in designs and prototypes
- Ownership of the Product content style guide
- Ensure support across product and development for the content tone communicating about the product to establish a cohesive product language
- Use data and insights to organise and improve our content
