**This is a fixed term contract opportunity (up to 12 months) based at NPL in Teddington, with hybrid working you'll be based on-site**once per week.** **Delivery** - Working with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to deliver effective recruitment strategies within agreed service level agreements (SLAs) - Effectively sell NPL benefits - Maintain strong relationships with talent, mapping their preferences and aligning them with role demands **Data Accuracy** **Stakeholder engagement** - Work closely and engage with hiring managers, talent talent, and the wider people team to delivery on expectations and priorities. - Contribute to hiring manager conversations with the Talent Acquisition Specialist - Share market intelligence to support cross-area collaboration. **Key Skills & Experience**: - Experience with Bullhorn, ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter. - Experience in effective job advert writing - Strong background in recruitment administration including interview organisation - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
