**How you’ll make an impact**

As Marketing Executive, you will work with the Senior Marketing Manager to implement multi-channel marketing campaigns that maximise awareness, relevance, sales and loyalty.

**Key Responsibilities**
**Implementation of multi-channel brand strategy**
- Ensure consistency and integrity of the brand internally and externally
- Execute multi-channel marketing strategy and plan
- Work with the Marketing team to develop seasonal marketing content plan
- Execute social media campaigns that resonate with our target audience and drive the brand strategy

**Implementation of multi-channel marketing plans**
- Coordinate and execute digital marketing plans
- Work with digital marketing agencies to execute and optimize online media including SEO, PPC, paid social, display
- Update website content to reflect marketing campaign plans
- Analyse results of marketing activity to measure effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement

**Implementation of seasonal marketing plans for key partners**
- Organise and implement seasonal marketing plans for key retail partners
- Create innovative campaigns that delight and excite our retail partners
- Develop strong internal and external relationships
- Review performance to develop future plans

**Content Management**
- Write copy for marketing material, including blogs in collaboration with our in-house Physio
- Ensure delivery of marketing campaigns in line with brand guidelines
- Coordinate assets and content for our direct e-commerce site and multiple third party sites in the UK and worldwide

**Skills required for this role**
- Minimum 1 year marketing experience
- Educated to degree level
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects at once
- Excellent attention to detail
- Digital marketing experience
- Social media experience
- Creative
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good team-worker with the ability to get on with people at all levels and work collaboratively
- Proactive, able to use own initiative and work without close supervision

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year

- Bachelor's (preferred)
