We are looking for someone to be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the products on the bedstar website and upkeep of Marketplaces including eBay and Amazon, ensuring that stock information, and the presentation of products, descriptions and imagery is excellent.

The successful person will be responsible for suggesting improvements and reacting to the changing needs of customers as well as managing the stock to ensure that where possible, key lines and ranges are always available, whilst recognising opportunities for growth, and where lines are aging due to slow sales.

To work closely with the dev and marketing specialists and help grow the various sales channels.

Key tasks will involve:

- Basic maintenance, enhancement of existing products, and product upload to the
E-Commerce website.
- Maintain the product categories, ensuring the correct products are listed, and
prioritised on the page.
- Maintaining product stock information and ensuring the specifications are accurate
as far as possible.
- Manage the Aged Stock process and use this as a basis for offers and promotions
or other parts of the business.
- Working with the E-Commerce and Marketing team to list products on promotional offers and clearance.
- Improve the website landing pages based on customer feedback, surveys, and
testing.
- Ensure slower moving stock is monitored and escalated to the Ecommerce
Executive.
- Liaise with the E-Commerce team to ensure that the team’s administrative
requirements are fully supported.
- Work with the Customer Experience Team to improve product listing based on
feedback, and to help answer customer questions.
- Providing excellent customer service in accordance with company policy.
- Establishing excellent relationships with external and internal customers.
- Maintain records of key data and accurate and up to date databases.
- Attend departmental meetings and contribute to current issues.
- To undertake any other ad hoc duties or projects as requested by the reporting
Manager.

It is also desired but not essential to have had previous experience of E-commerce packages such as Magento, WooCommerce, Shopify etc, experience with Photoshop or general photo editing software, experience of HTML and CSS and experience working in an e-commerce team.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
