They currently have an excellent opportunity for a graduate who is looking to start their sales career.

Our client has been established for more than 25 years and forms part of a large group of wholesale and distribution companies. They continue to grow and, as a cash-rich business, often make acquisitions of new companies. The groups businesses invest intheir commercial trainees, offering both internal and external industry-leading training tailored to you. This can include commercial, sales and management training. Every trainee also receives 1 to 1 mentoring from an experienced business manager. You aregiven all the tools necessary to progress and forge a successful career.

**What are you going to be doing?
**As a Commercial Trainee you will be based in their Aberdeen office and will begin learning all aspects of the business. You will go on a journey in this role, with the first 3 months being mainly focused on product and sales training. After this timeto be introduced to your sales targets. You will be representing their full range of products over the phone which includes brands like Makita, DeWalt, ITW, Fein and Trend. You will be speaking to a mixture of new and existing customers in the constructionsector. This is a great opportunity for a graduate who is a team player with excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude and a first class work ethic.

**What will your day to do look like?**
- Achieve sales targets and KPI's
- Effectively dealing with sales enquiries
- Proactively targeting new customers
- Accurately producing quotes and processing sales
- Actively maintaining and developing existing customer accounts and relationships

- £22,000 - £24,000 plus bonus
