- Team Leadership: As you progress, you will take on a leadership role, guiding and supporting a small team of sales assistants. You’ll motivate and inspire them to meet targets, share best practices, and provide advice on handling challenges.
- Mentorship and Training: Assist with the training and development of new team members, helping them get up to speed with the sales process and client engagement.
- Recruitment and HR Responsibilities: Participate in the recruitment process, helping to interview and select new team members. You’ll also assist with HR duties such as performance reviews, one-to-one meetings, and general team management.
- Organise and Lead Sales Campaigns: Manage sales campaigns or events, overseeing the logistics and team coordination, and ensuring that sales targets are met.
- Reporting and Administration: Handle administrative tasks such as tracking team performance, reporting on sales numbers, and providing feedback to management on team progress.
**Final Progression - Management Position**:
After excelling in the leadership role, there will be the opportunity to progress into a full management position within 6-12 months, where you will be responsible for overseeing a larger team and having more control over the direction of the sales department.
**Key Responsibilities (Management)**:
