**£55,000 - £65,000 + Bonus and Benefits Package**
London based Real Estate Investment firm are actively looking to attract an Asset Manager who will sit within their Pan-European team and work on a broad mix of European Industrial Real Estate assets.
We are keen to speak with Surveyors who have 2 - 4 years' experience within the industrial space who are looking for a new challenge and to join this forward thinking, dynamic, well capitalised business who continue to grow and transact.
It is expected that applicants will be educated to at least Degree standard within a relevant field, holding chartership to RICS would be potentially beneficial but not essential. Prior European real estate exposure would also be beneficial but not essential.
The role will involve the typical duties carried out by an asset manager including that of reviewing opportunities to add value where possible across the portfolio, managing leasing, lease renewals, rent reviews etc., whilst working closely with the widerbusiness (investment and development).
On offer is an expected salary of £55,000 - £65,000 dependent on experience plus you can expect to receive a competitive annual bonus, and benefits.
