In this role it is essential that you have fluency in German & English(both written and spoken).

This role can be offered on either a hybrid basis with a balance of working both from the Southampton Office and remotely from home or alternatively on a fully remote basis. With fully remote working you will be required to complete an initial training periodin our Southampton Offices.

About the Role

We’ll look to you to provide an exceptional service to our customers and travel agent partners, maintaining high professional standards and a strong customer focus throughout. Delivering a positive customer journey is what we’re in the business for, andyou’ll be at the heart of that. As an International Cruise Representative you’ll work with colleagues across the business to ensure a consistent approach to customer service, adapting when necessary to dynamic changes within the Customer Contact Centre andeventually being recognised as a true expert in travel.

The International Cruise Representative is the direct point of contact for all sales and support enquiries and responsible for maximising revenue opportunities in every interaction by providing an exceptional level of service to German and Internationalguests and travel agent partners. The International Cruise Representative has the ability to demonstrate excellent organisational skills and prioritise a varied and heavy workload to achieve required deadlines whilst maintaining a strong and consistent customerfocus to deliver a positive customer journey.

About You

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have previous experience of working in a high-performing sales or customer service team
- Be fluent in German &English, both written and spoken
- Show real passion demonstrating resilience and ownership in everything you do.

This role is a full time, permanent position working Monday - Friday. We are unable to provide 'skilled worker’ visa sponsorship for this position, so you must have the right to work in the UK to take up this role
