We are seeking a telesales advisor for a temporary position in the Marketing team. This is a 24 hours contract with an opportunity to go permanent.

Previous telemarketing experience preferable but not essential. Previous experience in insurance not necessary.

Duties include:
Direct Marketing
- Contacting leads to update the company database
- Contacting prospects to ensure the correct paperwork is sent through
- Contacting prospects to generate interest and encourage them to send their proposal forms.

Updating data
- Ensure information is uploaded to the database accurately
- Updates to be carried out in a timely fashion
- Maintaining inbox of enquiries

You must be able to demonstrate:

- A sense of humour & ability to build rapport with colleagues and clients
- Warm and friendly telephone manner
- Ability to work autonomously as and when needed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- IT literate - Microsoft packages, database, internet

Hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday

Temporary position of 3 months with an opportunity to permanent
