**£25,000 to £28,000 Basic Salary OTE £33-38k first yr**

Our client an established software leader is looking for an energetic Customer Success Executive who will be a key addition to the existing sales team, responsible for delivering a consistent new business pipeline. You will be joining a highly ambitiousand motivated team that want to see you succeed.

**Requirements**:

- Educated to degree level
- Sales, telesales, or telemarketing experience
- First-rate communication and written English skills - only highly articulate and effective communicators will be successful in this role
- Customer facing experience - able to demonstrate aptitude and suitability in a previous role
- Experience using Hubspot CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
- Experience of using social media for business

**Responsibilities**
- Client prospecting and booking new business meetings for Account Managers
- Initiating new business pipeline crucial for business growth
- Log and update activity through CRM system (Hubspot) to support you and the team in tracking and achieving targets
- Utilise social media as a social selling tool and to help you establish your brand within the industry
- Lead nurturing - managing and progressing Marketing Qualified Leads
- Provide regular customer feedback to Sales and Technical Directors
- Execution and support for marketing campaigns
- Delivery and execution of a prospecting plan - liaise closely with the Sales Director
- Attend events and exhibitions as necessary to raise company profile
- Provide sales support on marketing campaigns when required including events, offers and incentives
