An innovative technology company which creates integrated EPOS Systems that meets the real needs of their customers is looking for a passionate and driven Software Training Specialist to join their fast growing hospitality technology business in Wakefield.

Key to the role will be developing an excellent functional understanding of the system, so previous experience in hospitality and / or point of sale systems would be highly beneficial.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Developing an excellent knowledge of the products and keeping this up to date as new features are developed
- Keeping abreast of current and new training methods and tools
- Developing & improving customer facing knowledge base / user guide
- Developing & improving internal agents' knowledge base / user guide
- Developing customer training videos in collaboration with our marketing director
- Developing in-app training flows using the customer onboarding tool
- Face to face and remote training of new and existing customers in their EPOS and related software
- Training new members of staff in their EPOS and related software
- Training existing staff members in new features & developments
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- An aptitude and interest in technology & software
- A proven ability to learn new software and how it should be applied
- A can-do attitude
- A customer focussed mindset
- Previous hospitality and/or Point of Sale experience
- Previous training experience
