Charges Coordinator

**What you’ll be doing as a Charges Coordinator**
- Being the first point of contact for internal and external queries, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Collecting and organising data to produce reports that support the team’s operations.
- Keeping company records accurate and up to date using internal systems.
- Ensuring business processes are followed correctly and efficiently.
- Working closely with different teams and stakeholders, acting as a professional representative of the company.

**What you should bring to the role**
- Background in a similar administrative role with planning or coordinating.
- The ability to interact professionally with colleagues, customers, and business partners.
- Strong organisational skills to keep records accurate and up to date.
- Confidence in using office software to manage data and produce reports, and a reasonable level of numeracy to support reporting and data management.

**What’s in it for you?**
- Hourly Pay rate: 13.21 per hour.
- Expenses: Excluded.
- Location: Clearwater Court, Reading - conveniently located just in front of Reading train station. We offer a hybrid working format, giving you the flexibility to work remotely up to four days a week, with a minimum of one day in the office.
- Length of assignment: 26 weeks.
- Required Start date: TBC.
- Hours: 8 am to 4 pm: Monday to Friday.
