**What You’ll Be Doing**

As Site Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of day-to-day operations, making sure that everything runs like clockwork.

**Your responsibilities will include**:
**Managing Domestic Design and Build Projects** - Oversee the completion of high-end landscaping projects to the highest standards.

**Driving Success on Projects** - Ensure every project is delivered on time, on budget, and beyond client expectations.

**Accountability & Oversight** - Lead the team, ensuring that all work is delivered to a consistently high standard.

**Who We’re Looking For**

You’ll thrive in this role if:

- You have experience managing teams and projects in the landscaping industry.
- You have high standards and expect nothing less from your team.
- You’re organised, proactive, and take pride in getting the job done right.
- You’re a strong communicator who leads from the front and builds trust.
- You have a full driving licence and are comfortable managing busy schedules.
