**What You’ll Be Doing**
As a key member of our construction team, you’ll be involved in all aspects of high-quality hard landscaping, including:
- **Paving & Stonework** - Installing natural stone, porcelain, setts, and other surfaces to precise levels and finishes
- **Retaining Walls & Brickwork** - Building blockwork, sleeper walls, and rendered or cladded features
- **Timber Work** - Installing fencing, decking, pergolas, and bespoke timber structures
- **Drainage & Groundworks** - Setting out, digging, levelling, and preparing all elements to spec
- **Finishing & Detailing** - Paying close attention to alignment, jointing, cuts, and the overall finish
- **Working from Plans** - Interpreting detailed drawings and working to precise specifications
- **Team Collaboration** - Working closely with site leads and project managers to keep builds running smoothly
**Who We’re Looking For**
You’ll thrive in this role if:
- You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in high-end hard landscaping
- You’re confident with setting out levels and working from detailed drawings
- You take real pride in your work and care about doing things properly
- You’re reliable, motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- You’re physically fit, hardworking, and enjoy working outdoors in all seasons
- You have a full UK driving licence (essential)

- **Salary**: £31,200 - £36,400 per year (depending on experience)
