**A bit about you**:
To be successful in this role you will have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and be able to work as part of a team under the direction of the team leader to help us deliver high end gardens for our clients in Surrey and the surrounding areas. You will be enthusiastic and self-motivated and have experience of working on landscaping sites. You will happily undertake general labouring tasks but will also want to improve your landscape construction skills by learning from our multi disciplined team.

Wild by Design is a fast-growing garden design and build company working throughout Surrey and the surrounding counties. We design and build gardens that marry high design and habitat creation. Every garden is uniquely tailored to our client’s specific needs, tastes and lifestyles. Our gardens are built with the highest quality workmanship and finished to the highest of standards and provide our clients many years of enjoyment. Great customer service and communication are at the heart of everything we do and are key to delivering our clients with a seamless landscaping experience, from initial inquiry through to delivery of the finished garden and beyond.

**Key Skills & Responsibilities**:

- Relevant experience in working on building/landscaping sites.
- Assist the team with various labouring tasks including in mixing cement, digging, lifting and carrying, cutting (stone and timber), ground preparation, painting and planting
- Under direction and over a period of time to become proficient at laying paving and setts, block work, natural stone walling, unusual timber work using rough-sawn timber.
- Basic principles of horticulture, over time we can teach you specific techniques to our work such as wildflower meadow and specialist plant care.
