Your role at a glance
We are looking for a Junior Technical Specialist to join us in either London or Hove

You'll be responsible for providing technical support to colleagues across the business. You'll play a key role in ensuring that all incidents, service requests and changes requests are managed within agreed Operational Level Agreements (OLAs), in addition to managing a ticket queue in a triage & first response capacity.

What you'll be doing
- Supporting and/or assuring availability and performance of the technical services within the tower in line with company policy and standards.
- Responsible for contributing to incident, capacity, availability, problem, change and knowledge management activities within the team to ensure the service is highly available and continual improved
- Ensuring all changes are technical reviewed and assessed in line with L&G change management processes, and that the team represent the changes at the change approval board in line with policy
- Actively identifying risks, ensuring they are appropriately logged and tracked at the appropriate forums, and taking appropriate action to mitigate or resolve in line with policy
- Providing support to major incidents as they occur, and manging subsequent activities needed to prevent re-occurrence via Problem Management in line with company policy.

- Linux server basic administration
- Exchange Hybrid admin basic administration
- ITILv4 Foundation
