Join Spring Tide — our specialist Intensive Treatment Programme for 10–18 year olds — and play a central role in delivering evidence-based care that transforms lives.🧠 What you'll be doingAt Spring Tide, you’ll work as part of a close-knit multidisciplinary team that uses Maudsley Family Therapy models, E-CBT and NICE-aligned interventions to support recovery. This is a varied clinical role where you will:🔹 Hold and manage your own complex caseload🔹 Lead specialist assessments, clinical reviews and care planning🔹 Facilitate and co-facilitate groups🔹 Take charge of the unit, organising and chairing MDT meetings🔹 Provide mentorship, supervision and support to junior colleagues🔹 Support service development, quality improvement and audit activityTraining in FT-AN will be provided if needed, and there are strong opportunities for ongoing learning and professional development.🌟 What we're looking for✔ Registered RMN, RGN or RNLD (active NMC)✔ Experience working with children and young people with mental health needs (eating disorders experience is helpful but not essential)✔ Confident clinical assessment, risk management and therapeutic practice skills✔ Experience of MDT working✔ Interest in leadership, supervision or service improvement💙 Why join SPFT?At Sussex Partnership, we’re proud to be rated Outstanding for Caring by the CQC.
