Nurse – Eating Disorders (Band 6) Spring Tide Intensive Treatment Programme Aldrington House, Hove 30 hours per week | Permanent £38,682 – £46,580 (pro rata)+ £2,000 Golden Hello / Relocation Incentive (pro rata, T&Cs apply) Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse with a passion for supporting children and young people with eating disorders? Join Spring Tide — our specialist Intensive Treatment Programme for 10–18 year olds — and play a central role in delivering evidence-based care that transforms lives. 🧠 What you'll be doing At Spring Tide, you’ll work as part of a close-knit multidisciplinary team that uses Maudsley Family Therapy models, E-CBT and NICE-aligned interventions to support recovery. This is a varied clinical role where you will: 🔹 Hold and manage your own complex caseload 🔹 Lead specialist assessments, clinical reviews and care planning 🔹 Facilitate and co-facilitate groups 🔹 Take charge of the unit, organising and chairing MDT meetings 🔹 Provide mentorship, supervision and support to junior colleagues 🔹 Support service development, quality improvement and audit activity Training in FT-AN will be provided if needed, and there are strong opportunities for ongoing learning and professional development. 🌟 What we're looking for ✔ Registered RMN, RGN or RNLD (active NMC)✔ Experience working with children and young people with mental health needs (eating disorders experience is helpful but not essential)✔ Confident clinical assessment, risk management and therapeutic practice skills ✔ Experience of MDT working ✔ Interest in leadership, supervision or service improvement 💙 Why join SPFT?
