Job Title: Sales Development Representative

**Salary**: £35,000 Basic + £15,000 Commission OTE
Location: London
We have a brand new client and we can't wait to tell you about them
This Company's Founder drove a black cab around the World and broke 2 Guinness World Records. He is a serial adventurer and started working with some really exciting brands and getting sponsorship deals. He saw a huge gap in the market for brands to use reallife consumer content in their advertising. He met his Co-Founder who was a viral games developer, and they started this business. They built a platform that enables brands to create User Generated Content Campaigns at scale via brand advocacy.
Shortly after they launched they hired Lulu Lemon's Community and Advocacy Director, got 2 rounds of Seed funding and are now on a big expansion trajectory and looking for 2 Venatrix SDRs. They have just signed 2 huge deals and are now looking to start fundraisingfor their Series A.
You will be joining the brand new Sales Development Manager's team who has a wealth of experience in scaling tech businesses. He is super relaxed and really believes that anyone can unlock their potential within sales. You will be targeting clients like CharlotteTilbury, ASOS, Mint Velvet and Monica Vinader. The natural progression would see you become an Account Executive after a year but this Company is very flexible and wants employees to take on roles that best suit their skillset.
