Opus Vitae are actively recruiting a prestigious client based in the Oswestry area.
The working week is Monday - Friday, 8:30 - 5pm.
The Sales Co-Ordinator will also be responsible for managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information. Ensuring the adequacy of sales and rental-related equipment or material. Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
**Description**
Common tasks that all Coordinators handle include communicating with both clients and team members, processing and filing invoices, and answering questions from customers or clients.
The Sales Coordinator may be required to perform duties outside of their role to assist and support other areas of the business to fulfil the requirements in their own specific area.
**Responsibilities of a Sales Coordinator may include**:
- Work with sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Ensure the accuracy and adequacy of sales / rental-related equipment or material
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales / rental support when requested
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
**Skills**:
- Have proficient organisational and supervisory skills
- Be dependable and professional
- Have computer and software skills
- Be able to communicate successfully in both written and verbal format
- Be decisive, resourceful, inventive and self-confident
- Minimum of 2 years experience within SAP Systems
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
