**Key responsibilities for the role of HR Administrator**
The HR Administrator is responsible for providing full administrative support to the Huboo HR team. This role is vital to the successful running of the HR team. The role holder is responsible for ensuring that the HR team are professional, accurate, efficient, up to date, compliant, fair and confidential when dealing with enquiries from new starters, employees and managers.
**Main Focus Areas**:
- Respond in a timely way to ad hoc requests from managers and employees across the whole organisation with courtesy, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Ensure that our People data is up to date and reliable, that it is organised and maintained via our HRIS HiBob.
- Be our HiBob administrator, understand how it works, take responsibility for it, and know how to make changes and optimise the system.
- Prepare HR documents, contracts, contract changes, pay changes, any formal correspondence for employees and managers.
- Have the ability create and manipulate regular reports on HR Metrics
- Support the HR Business Partners and other team members in their role.
- Work closely with payroll providing accurate information on the employee lifecycle.
- Participate in HR Projects.
- Take minutes of meetings when appropriate.
- Conducting exit interviews with leavers

- Proven experience as an HR Administrator in a previous busy role
- The ability to build relationships with our employees and managers within Huboo.
- A keen interest in data accuracy and manipulation
- Fantastic attention to detail is essential for this role.
- Proficient in the MS Office Suite of skills
- A ‘can do’ attitude, someone who is willing to offer help and support where needed.
- Experience with HR Software - Workable/HiBob/Monday Board - desirable
- Knowledge of employment law - desirable but not essential
- Excellent organisation skills
- Qualification in HR - CIPD or working towards an HR qualification.
- Willingness to work to our huboo values of integrity, ambition, focus and solidarity.
- A desire to learn and progress in an HR role.
- Driving licence and access to own car for travel to our sites, essential.

**Salary**:£23,500-£24,000
