TrilbyTV is the UK’s number one digital signage platform for the education sector. Due to continued growth, we are now looking for a Business Support Coordinator to join on a remote (work from home) basis.

Our team is closely-knit and we believe in supporting each other to the fullest. You will be provided with the equipment to excel in this role.

Your role will be to provide the company with administrative support, primarily to the Growth and Relationships teams, relating to customer requests for information and general queries.

This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your leadership skills as you will have the autonomy to make your decisions and work independently

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Assist in maintaining the customer database by inputting and researching data to keep records up to date
- Prepare correspondence and respond to customer queries
- Assist in the preparation of invoices and in monitoring transactions
- Work collaboratively as part of the team and provide help and support to other team members
- If you are able to join us full time then customer support and business development will be part of the role

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent administration skills and preferably previous experience in a similar role
- The ability to work independently and confidently, as this is a remote role
- Strong IT skills
- Great communication and customer interaction skills with an excellent telephone manner
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks according to deadlines and produce accurate work
- Business Administration S/NVQ Level 2 or equivalent desirable
