Estates Contract Support Officer

The Estates Operations Support team are seeking to recruit a Contract Support Officer to join and support the day to day operations of the Service Desk.
As the first point of contact for visitors, the Contract Support Officer will need to be an excellent coordinator and communicator, dealing with the physical arrival of contractors on site and ensuring compliance with CUG induction and work permit processes. All works must be diarised and coordinated with the relevant University contact, and details entered on the CAFM system to ensure we can monitor the arrival, departure and presence of all onsite contractors.
As such the Contract Support Officer needs to be a confident administrator and an experienced user of CAFM, key management and Access Control systems and comfortable around contracts, assets, PPM schedules and the means by which Contractors are engaged and managed. It is essential that the post holder is excellent in building relationships with contractors and supply partners, and will always be a positive representative of the Coventry University Group.
