**About the Role**

Responsible for preparation, cooking and serving hot food, including food to order Responsible for preparation and serving of cold food Responsible for Kitchen staff & Front of House staff Require a good understanding of HACCP and Food Hygiene Required to assist with stock control and stock rotation

**About You**

We are looking for a reliable and self-motivated individual with a positive disposition to support in leading our coffee shop team by example.
Working in a fast paced and demanding environment, you will ensure the highest operational standards, both front and back of house. We are looking for someone who is decisive with effective time management skills, working to tight deadlines.
You must enjoy a varied workload, and possess the ability to motivate and co-ordinate a team with a “hands-on” approach, whilst delivering an excellent standard of customer experience at all times.

Previous experience in a supervisory role within a catering environment is desirable.
