We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Coffee Shop Supervisor to join our team and help maintain our high standards of service and quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervise Daily Operations**: Oversee the day-to-day running of the coffee shop, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
- ** Customer Service Excellence**: Provide excellent customer service, addressing any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- ** Team Leadership**: Manage and motivate the team, ensuring that staff are trained, supported, and engaged in delivering the best possible service.
- ** Stock Management**: Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage inventory to ensure availability of products while minimising waste.
- ** Health & Safety Compliance**: Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene regulations are followed at all times.
