This is an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor to join our dynamic Coffee Shop team, based on site at Boundary Outlet, Colne. The Coffee Shop Supervisor plays a vital role in assisting the team in the day to day running of our fast paced, high volume coffee shop. We are looking for a reliable and self-motivated individual with a positive disposition to support in leading our coffee shop team by example.

Working in a fast paced and demanding environment, you will ensure the highest operational standards, front of house. We are looking for someone who is decisive with effective time management skills, working to tight deadlines. You must enjoy a varied workload, and possess the ability to motivate and co-ordinate a team with a “hands-on” approach, whilst delivering an excellent standard of customer experience at all times.

**What you’ll be responsible for**: Helping to build the next-generation Boundary Outlet Experience
- Dealing with customers in a polite and professional manner
- Providing assistance in the serving of beverages, cakes and toasted items.
- Ensuring orders are dealt with courteously and efficiently, cutlery and condiments readily available and tables cleared and ready for use.
- Be a confident communicator with the ability to work as part of a team
- Assist with the general housekeeping of the Coffee Shop
- The possession of a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate would be beneficial
- Experience of a similar position is preferred but training will be given.
