This is a permanent full-time role with a hybrid working arrangement, combining working from home with regular visits to the company's Croydon or Manchester offices.
**The Role**
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Health Services you would play a key role as part of a team responsible for delivering first-class healthcare services to customers in the private health and direct corporate absence and employee wellbeing markets. You wouldwork alongside a variety of physical and mental health trained Clinicians and a dedicated Clinical Assistant Team to positively impact rehabilitation, wellbeing and workplace performance, supporting customers with workplace initiatives and delivering highlytailored solutions.
Key tasks will include..
- Line management, recruitment and engagement of a team of Clinicians and Clinical Assistants, acting as a point of escalation and providing expert guidance
- Assuring Corporate Health service delivery for customers to and above contractual standards
- Contributing to achievement of budget targets
- Support and own customer management activity to delight and retain existing
- Capitalise on service development and growth opportunities as they arise
- Demonstrable experience managing staff within a Healthcare / Insurance setting
- A background in health insurance, broker and direct corporate markets would be ideal
- You might be a Clinician / Occupational Therapist looking for an opportunity to develop your skills in a new setting
- Proven track record of mentoring, coaching and leading teams and improving performances
- Excellent interpersonal communications skills, both written and verbal
- A positive, caring and can-do mentality, able to use your influence accordingly
