**Job Title: Administrative Assistant**
**Location: BCA Measham**
**Salary: £21,065**
**Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30-17:30 (40 hours a week)**
**Job Status: Permanent**
**Main purpose of job**:
Administration of the day-to-day tasks performed by the Remarketing Solutions administration department.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Administering the vehicle collection process.
- Acting as front line customer service support in order to deal with all amendments and customer enquiries physically, via phone and digitally
- Debt management - ensuring all outatanding invoices are paid within the guided time and any outstanding debt is chased regulalry
- Ensure that customer SLA’s are met or exceeded.
- Ensure that all Quality and Health and Safety standards are met or exceeded at all times.
- Data entry input into the clients inventory management system
- Be available to support other areas of the admin team
- Manage incoming and outgoing documents along with legal enquiries
- Action any issues, queries or complaints arising so that any problems are resolved, in a timely fashion, to all parties’ satisfaction as far as is reasonably practicable, escalate any complex issues to the senior supervisor.
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks as necessary to meet the business needs and for your own personal development
**Essential Criteria**
- Attention to detail
- High levels of accuracy
- Good understanding of Microsoft products, specifically Excel - vlookup would be advantageous
Excellent data entry skills
