**Permanent, Part Time (25 hours per week)**

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Measham team in the position of Product Support Advisor & Administrator.

This position is required to provide technical and commercial support to internal and external customers whilst maintaining the day-to-day administration roles of the technical department.

Product support will focus on customers for clay bricks, aggregate block, aerated block, and special shaped bricks. This may include providing correct product specifications, answering general product use questions, calculating material quantities, and producingschedules.

Administration tasks will focus on project registration, raising material orders, maintaining office supplies, and administration of the company claims.

High standards of customer focus and service is required.

This role is based at our Measham office in Leicestershire.

**Your duties would include but not limited to the following;**
- Calculate material quantities and provide schedules for standard products, non-standard and special shaped bricks when required.
- To provide internal training.
- Maintain and monitor information on company systems, in project files and spreadsheets relating to architectural projects, special shaped bricks and technical enquiries.
- Manage and organise the general administration / coordination of projects and information relating to contractual claims and remedial works operations.
- Maintain information on company systems, spreadsheets and projects files relating to claims and remedial works.
- Help in the administration and coordination of contractors dealing with remedial works conducted on behalf of Forterra.
- Purchasing administration - raising purchase orders, issuing purchase orders, tracking deliveries / works and receipting invoices.
- Create, maintain, and update information relating to Company policy requirements on our systems.
- Provide general administration to the technical department.

**About you**;
- Experience of the construction, design or building products manufacturing industry would be beneficial.
- Good communication, quality customer service and presentation skills are required.
