The position is part time for 4 hrs a day three days a week, Monday Wednesday and Friday, working along side the current handyman, and be in line with the business needs. The applicant will be required to paint and decorate to an acceptable standard, make good all repairs internal and external to the home, no electrical work will be undertaken. A full description of the duties required will be given at the interview. The applicant will work closely with the home manager and the Managing Directors. It is preferred that the applicant have access to their own vehicle.
