Customer Service Administrator

Contract - Temp to Perm
Days required - 4 on 4 off 8am to 6pm
**Role Objective**:
To implement and maintain comprehensive, effective administrative and information systems which meet the team/business-specific requirements
**Summary of Role Responsibilities**:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
- Comprehensive document management support including photocopying, scanning, printing, ensuring legal compliance
- Produce daily performance reports management reports and assist with the production of Key Performance Indicators
- Ensuring all administration is up to date
**Desirable**
- Background in a Transport/Logistics Environment
**Essential**
- An all-rounder who is happy to get stuck in
- Confident with learning new software.
- Attention to detail

- Proactive with an enthusiastic can-do attitude.
- Excellent communication skills

- Good IT skills - MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint essential
- Ability to work well within a team, and take direction from different people and ability to manage conflicting priorities.
