**About your new role**
As an experienced Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors.
- Answer and direct all incoming calls & enquiries to the business
- Meet and greet all visitors, record arrival using a digital system and issue passes
- Organise catering for visitors
- Process outgoing mail on a daily basis
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
- Ensure that facilities are prepared and equipment is available for all meetings
- Provide various administrative support to the business
**The skills and experience you need**
- Previous experience of working within a Reception/Front of House role
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient IT skills within Microsoft Office
- Ability to be flexible and adapt under changing priorities
