Lettings Negotiator

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lettings or Senior Lettings Negotiator to join an Award-Winning Independent firm in the Yeovil area with a basic salary up to £30,000.
Key Activities
- Act as initial point of contact for clients visiting the office
- Deal with telephone and internet inquiries
- Booking and carrying out valuations
- Conduct viewings of properties for rent
- Administer contract paperwork in relation to rental properties
- Update window displays and website
- Compose marketing literature
- Recording and reporting of maintenance issues
- Undertake direct marketing
- Update social media sites
- Provide office cover when required
- Other duties as required
- At least one years experience in lettings and property management
- Hold a full UK driving license and have access to own car
- Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Be computer literate and have good knowledge of Microsoft Word
Highly competitive salary depending on experience but from £24,000 for one years experience to £30,000 up to senior / managerial level. Monday to Friday 9-5.30 and one in three Saturdays 9-1pm. For more information please contact Fran Kent in complete confidence.
