Responsibilities
About You
You're a commercially minded, customer-focused professional with a proven track record in buying, trading, or category management. You're strategic yet hands-on—able to build strong commercial plans, spot opportunities in the data, and negotiate deals that deliver real results.
You're confident working across teams, managing change, and bringing people with you. You can communicate clearly, influence senior stakeholders, and present your ideas with impact.
What You'll Bring:
Experience in retail trading, buying, or category management
A strong grasp of commercial strategy and delivery
Excellent supplier management and negotiation skills
A knack for turning data and insight into action
Confidence working in a fast-paced, agile environment
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with clear and engaging reporting
