**Role Overview**:
As a Children's Senior Practitioner, you will lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver exceptional care and support to children and families in need. Your expertise and leadership will contribute to creating a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment for children, promoting their well-being and development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide effective leadership to a team of practitioners, offering guidance and support.
- Lead case management, ensuring assessments, plans, and interventions are of the highest quality.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure comprehensive support for children.
- Use your experience to assess complex cases and make informed decisions that prioritize the child's welfare.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with children, families, and stakeholders.
- Ensure all actions and decisions are in line with relevant legislation, policies, and best practices.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your expertise.

**Requirements**:

- Qualified Social Worker or equivalent with relevant professional qualifications.
- Proven experience in a senior practitioner or leadership role within children's services.
- Strong knowledge of child protection procedures and relevant legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively.
- Ability to manage a varied caseload, prioritizing tasks and making informed decisions.
- Empathy, resilience, and a commitment to improving the lives of vulnerable children.
