Outdoor learning shapes their approach, giving children genuine opportunities to explore nature, develop curiosity and build confidence. The Role As a Practitioner working with children from 9 months old, you will help create a caring and engaging space. You will support children to reach key developmental milestones through sensory activities, outdoor exploration and thoughtful interaction.
