Nursery Nurse

Nursery Nurse Level 2 or 3 Nursery Practitioner Primary School Setting, Morpeth Milk Education is looking for a Level 2 or 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a supportive early years team in a primary school nursery in the Morpeth area. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver activities in line with the EYFS to support each child’s overall development Create a safe and nurturing environment that encourages curiosity, independence and social growth Carry out observations and assessments, contributing to learning journeys and development plans Build positive relationships with parents, carers and colleagues Provide personal care support such as feeding, toileting and changing while maintaining children’s comfort and dignity Promote positive behaviour and guide social skills through gentle and effective approaches in line with nursery policies Maintain the health, safety and welfare of all children at all times Requirements Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare, Early Years or an equivalent course Experience working in a nursery or early years setting Strong understanding of EYFS principles and early child development Confidence in supporting children with varied needs to ensure inclusive learning and care A caring and enthusiastic approach with a commitment to early years practice Why Choose Milk Education Milk Education is an eco conscious, mission driven agency that takes pride in supporting early years practitioners and settings.
