Community Practitioner – ADHD Review Clinic Northumberland CYPS ADHD Review Clinic seeks a dynamic Band 6 Nurse to join our multidisciplinary ADHD Clinic within Northumberland CYPS, delivering high-quality care and support to children, young people, and their families. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a specialist service that is committed to holistic care and empowering young people to thrive. You will play a key role in care planning, medication monitoring, psychoeducation, and ongoing support. Key Responsibilities Support medication initiation and titration Provide psychoeducation to families and schools Collaborate with other agencies Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to service development Deliver nurse‑led clinics and review appointments Advocate for young people and promote inclusive, trauma‑informed care We aim to attract and retain a diverse, talented and committed workforce, who are caring and compassionate, and therefore able to meet the demands of the modern NHS now and in the future.
