**Description**:
Workplace Options have an exciting opportunity for a
** Global Training Specialist** in our Ealing, London office. This will be a hybrid position with a mixture of office and home working days. The Global Learning Specialist will assist the Global Learning Solutions department to provide training to clients around the world. The Global learning Specialist reports to the Global Learning Solutions Manager, EMEA.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate trainings for on-site and webinar trainings for Global clients.
- Interview and select the appropriate trainer to fulfill client training requests.
- Confirm training logistics with trainers and account managers.
- Create a promotional announcement to provide to client to publicize the training session.
- Prepare hard-copy or electronic feedback surveys for participants.
- Provide a training summary to the account manager following the training session.
- Host online webinars or record archived sessions, based on client requests.
- Prepare presentations for trainings, including manager or employee orientation sessions, and topical trainings.
- Consult with clients about their training needs.
- Liaise with local trainers to ensure that training is effectively localized.
- Ensure that translation of presentations complies with the WPO Translation Policy.
- Customizes presentations for manager and employee orientation sessions, and other requested on-site training.
- Work within specific time frames for completion of materials.
- Document trainings as workplace events in Trackvia and UCMS.
- Achieve a 98% error free rate for all items completed for distribution at client locations.
- Maintain profiles and information on trainers to ensure quality.

- Strong overall communications, presentation, facilitation and diplomacy skills.
