Sales Operations Coordinator

**Location**: St Ives, Cambridgeshire (hybrid working available)
**Salary**: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum + employee benefits

**What is the opportunity?**
The Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for assisting to implement strategies and processes that drive revenue, enhance collaboration between internal departments, for enhancing the utilisation of internal systems (e.g. Salesforce), and evaluating business analytics and data across departments to accelerate revenue.
**What will you be doing?**
- Help to generate, maintain, and analyse key performance and forecasting metrics
- Gather data and assist to prepare reports on behalf of departments
- Ensure system integrity in Salesforce and make recommendations for enhancements to improve efficiency, processes, consistency and reporting
- Upload and maintain cadences to Salesloft
- Become an expert in Salesforce and Salesloft administration
- Ensure employees are set up on internal software programmes (e.g., Salesforce, Salesloft, ChiliPiper, Gong etc.)
- Provide day-to-day user support and assist users in troubleshooting sales systems through (Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, ChiliPiper etc.)
- Provide training to staff on internal systems (e.g. Salesforce and Salesloft) and provide information, guidance and training to staff
**Who are we looking for?**
- Experience in a similar sales/revenue operations role, ideally in a software/tech company
- An understanding of lead flow, lead generation and sales processes and an eagerness to learn
- Familiarity with with concepts like recurring revenue and churn
- Be tech savvy and experience using a variety of systems (Salesforce, Salesloft, ChiliPiper, Gong etc.)
- Excellent analytical skills and a passion or systems and data
- Experience working with data, deriving insights with attention to detail
- Be a self-starter and have eagerness to make a big impact on a growing business
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and juggle multiple projects
- Good communicator with the ability to work constructively with a diverse group of people, attitudes, and expectations
