Our Customer Service Department serves as the central pillar of our business, delivering expert and professional support to both our key accounts and consumers throughout the UK and Ireland

We are thrilled to announce an exciting career opportunity**:National Accounts Coordinator,**a role that will embody our credo “Autograph your work with excellence”.

Reporting into the National Accounts Lead, you will be responsible for maintaining our reputation for excellence by fostering strong internal and external relationships with our golf enthusiasts, members, and partners serving as the conduit between our export processes and the distribution centre. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including the following.
- Processing sales orders received via various channels with precision from order acknowledgement to despatch and invoicing.
- Address both internal and external customer concerns/escalation with empathy and professionalism,
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries with understanding, and proactive solutions.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations staying updated on policies and industry standards
- Provide administrative support to our external sales teams and regional account managers
- Running the necessary reports on the order book
- Work with colleagues around the business as required to help drive continuous improvements for our customers.
- Prepare and process all required shipping documentation

Excellent communication skills are essential for this role, with a proactive approach and strong attention to detail with a high volume of customer service. You will also be focussed, have the ability to cope under pressure, ensure all work is completed in a timely and accurate manner as well as help drive continuous improvement.

Experience or an interest in Golf would be advantageous however not essential.
