The ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) team is looking for a dedicated student who is passionate about environmental and social responsibility. As an ESG Associate, you will play a crucial role in collecting, analysing, and reporting on ESG data that supports our sustainability initiatives.

**This is a student position, with a commitment of 20 working hours per week.**

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with various teams and departments to collect, monitor and track ESG data related to our various programs.
- Create data-driven reports and presentations to communicate findings to cross-functional teams.
- Prepare regular reports on ESG performance to meet internal and external reporting requirements.
- Help with setting sustainability goals and KPIs based on your thorough data analysis.
- Assist in the development, planning and execution of sustainability initiatives.
- Stay up to date on ESG regulations, industry best practices and reporting standards.

**Who we’re looking for**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Data Science, Business, Management studies or a related field.
- Strong interest in and understanding of sustainability, regenerative agriculture, and ESG principles.
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools such as google sheets, data visualisation software, and statistical analysis tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong teamwork, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
