We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Services Officer to join our successful in-house Homes Plus Customer Services team. We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic professional who can bring our values to life and ensure our customers receive an exceptional service experience.

This is an exciting opportunity for people who have a passion for customer service and have previous experience in this sector. When you join our friendly Customer Service team, you’ll be providing the all-important help and support ensuring our customers feel supported and informed from the very first call.

**Job Overview**:
**We’re looking for someone who has**:

- Good experience of customer contact, preferably in a busy call handling environment.
- Good IT skills, including Word and Excel, with the aptitude to learn more.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication.
- A problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to handle sensitive enquiries and difficult conversations with diplomacy.
