Customer Support & Engagement Provide warm, proactive, and solution-focused support across all communication channels. Anticipate customer needs and offer guidance, resources, or next steps. Facilitate smooth onboarding and post-completion engagement. Monitor customer progress, escalating concerns when necessary. Support the delivery of webinars, workshops, and virtual learning events. Collaborate with Business Development and Finance to manage renewals, extensions, and billing queries. Maintain and update our CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy. What We're Looking For Experience in customer service, or administrative roles. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a friendly tone. Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
