Part-time Office Administrator

Our client is a successful and reputable Trade Association group who offer various accredited memberships to both individuals and larger businesses across the country. Due to team expansion, they are looking to acquire the services of a skilled Office Administratorto join the team on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established Membership Body and be part of a supportive small team.
**_Please note that this is a part-time position and the salary will be pro rata to reflect this. _**
**Main responsibilities**:
- Process certificate claims for various courses while adhering to the set KPI turnaround times.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring support is given whilst advising the client of the various cards available.
**Key Skills & Experience**:
- IT literate.
- Previous experience inputting data/ use of CRM system.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Team player with an eagerness to learn.
- Fantastic organisational skills
